Spring Log n Beads
Greetings from the Chair
Hello Fellow Gilwellians
It is really exciting to hold the office of Chair for the 2025 Gilwell Reunion and to work with so many outstanding, committed and enthusiastic members on committee.
The committee has been working since the Sunday afternoon of reunion last year in preparation for a memorable event this year, our 72nd. You might say we are embracing this year’s
theme, “Working Together the Scouting Way”.
The shuttle bus is reserved, the band is booked, karaoke
is scheduled and quarter masters are preparing menus.
We are once again welcoming those Part 1 Scouters working towards their WB Part 2 and ofcourse as many newbies as can be found and to introduce to this “one of a kind” fun weekend. Don’t
forget the alumni and get these experienced Scouters out too.
Yes, we have been growing now for 3 years. Gilwell is alive and doing very well! There is magic at Blue Springs; come out, enjoy this wonderful opportunity to gather. Let’s break the 600-person attendee figure.
I know you will have a great 2025 Gilwell Reunion.
Yours in Scouting,
Rob Rick
