72nd Ontario Gilwell Reunion

How to Register

Gilwellians can register for the Reunion by:

Registering and attending as a member of a Contingent.

The Contingent pre-registration form must be received by June 30 to guarantee that your Contingent has a place on the field.

Contact the Gilwell Reunion Committee, fellow Scouters or your Coucil Commissioner if you are not certain about which Contingent you might register with.

Different screening requirments are needed for Registered and Non-Active Scouters. Please see the registration package for more details.

The onus is on Contingents to ensure that each

participant within their Contingent meets the

criteria needed to attend the Reunion.

Gilwellians under the age of 18 are welcome to attend the Reunion and are the responsibility of their Contingent. It is up to the Contingent to ensure that Scouts Canada's Code of Conduct policy is followed.

The registration fee until June 30 is $35

Those with beads who are attending for the first time can attend for free if you register by June 30.

Registration Fees include:

Attendance at the Reunion and participation in the program.
Reunion crest
There are optional additional costs for Reunion Pin, theme crest etc.

Getting the Reunion Ready for 2025

Reunion Committee has begon setting up the Reunion for 2025.

So, the news you are all waiting for is the 2025 theme and it is “Working together the Scouting Way”.

So as in pervious years Committee is looking for talented Gilwellian designers to create a “logo theme crest” design. The design is to be in colour and up to 8 colours and size will be 3 ½ inches in “any shape”. The deadline for submissions is Jan 20th/ 2025 and to Secretary MJ at mjgrstevenson@nexicom.net. When making your submissions, please make sure that designers name and your contingents name is on the submission.

Also, please put in the subject line that it says “Reunion Logo theme crest design”.
